To request a refund, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product with proper proof such as photos, videos, order number, and delivery details.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurveda, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales

3. Return & Replacement

If your product is eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking system.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Gourishi Ayurveda, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
